Ingredients

  1. 700 mldashi (3 cups)
  2. 1small onion cut into stripes
  3. 1 tbspsake
  4. 2 tspsoy sauce
  5. 2green onions
  6. 2 cubesif Japanese curry
  7. 2servings of udon noodles

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add a piece of kelp and 2-3 mushrooms to 700ml of water

  2. 2

    Cut the onion into slices

  3. 3

    Fry onions for 5-7 minutes, then add dashi and sake and bring to a boil

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and add 2 curry cubes

  5. 5

    Add soy sauce and simmer simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Add udon and done!
