So simple chocolate brownie

Easy quick recipe for delish pudding on their own or with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. Plain brownies are super but for a change I also like to add different things I have in my cupboard, such as chopped nuts (walnuts and pecans work well) or dried fruit (my favourites are cranberries or cherries). Even add orange rind which is also delicious.
