For Stuffing.. 1. In a pan add oil add jeera, hing and the dry masalas.

2. Add potatoes by breaking with hands. Mix and add salt.

3. Add salt and stir well on low flame for some time. Mash them a little. Add coriander leaves and chopped onions.

4.Raw Chopped onions give a good and crunchy taste to the potatoes.

5.Mash the masala. Mix well and cool the stuffing.

6.Take the soaked dal.

7. Grind the soaked dal (soak for 2-3 hours) along with ginger and green chillies.

8. To the batter add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Here have added black salt.

9. Add rice flour and mix well.

10. Add water if the batter looks thick.

11. Make Chilas out of the batter, and remove and assemble the wrap.

12. Apply chutney on the full wrap, add the potatoes stuffing in the center and roll and serve immediately.

Cut and serve hot.
