Steps

Place the ice cubes in the glass you will use for serving.

Add the milk.

Whip the instant coffee (with the sugar) and hot water in a frappe mixer for 3 minutes.

Use a hand mixer (whisk) to beat for another 2-3 minutes until it becomes creamy.

Spoon the cream over the milk and serve! Enjoy!
