1 serving

2 tablespoonsinstant coffee (Nescafé or similar)
2 tablespoonssugar (or adjust to taste)
2 tablespoonshot water
cubesIce
1 cupmilk (about 240 ml)

Steps

Place the ice cubes in the glass you will use for serving.

Add the milk.

Whip the instant coffee (with the sugar) and hot water in a frappe mixer for 3 minutes.

Use a hand mixer (whisk) to beat for another 2-3 minutes until it becomes creamy.

Spoon the cream over the milk and serve! Enjoy!
