Mix grated potato paste and other ingredients with ghee in the wheat flour. Mix well and knead the dough with water.

Grease your hand with oil and make it smooth then roll it very thin and on the tava roast in low flame with oil or ghee till golden brown and soft.

In a pan put two spoons of paste and pinch oh hing then fry Onion and tomato for 5 mint.

Add three cups of water and as the water boils add sev in it and cook only three to four mins and serve hot with parathe or roti.
