Ingredients

  • medium size yam
  • 5eggs
  • 1ajino motto
  • salt Pinch
  • 1/2onion
  • 2scotch bonnet
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice your yam

  2. 2

    Wash and and parboil it

  3. 3

    Break eggs in a bowl add salt, ajino moto, onions and scotch bonnet then whisk it

  4. 4

    Deep your yam inside egg and fry in hot oil till golden brown

  5. 5

    Serve
