Make pulp of sapota by peeling the skin of chikoo and removing it's seeds and smashing the fruit, take ghee in a pan roast the chikoo pulp for atleast 30 mins to get shira like consistency and finally add milk and let the milk properly mix in it.

I avoided dryfruits to get ony chikoo ka taste in mouth. Ur shira is ready
