Ingredients

  1. 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 2 table spooncooking oil
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1/2 lbpork slice small pcs
  6. 2medium spounge gourd slice
  7. 2 table spoonfish sauce
  8. 1/2 table spoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil over medium heat, saute garlic, onion, tomato until softened.

    Add pork to saute and bring to boil until pork tender.

  3. 3

    Add sponge gourd and saute in 2-3 minutes, add water and salt to taste. Ready to serve and enjoy.
