Soak rice for at least one hour

Cook rice with 750ml of milk in a pressure cooker. Switch it off in 3 whistles.

Open the cooker, smash it when it's hot. Add condensed milk and remaining 250ml milk.

Roast cashews in ghee and add into this. If you have pista or almond add it without roasting.

Add saffron. Serve it hot or cold.
