Delicious dinner!!! If you have never tried shrimps, then here is an easy recipe for you. Try it😉 and Thank me later😍😘😋

In a pot, add shrimps, (don't add water) and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes. It will generate water by itself.

Strain the water and set aside.

Rinse the veggies and grind in a blender. (It should not be smooth). Chop some of the onion and set aside.

In a frying pan, add 2 spoons of olive oil, then add the grinded scothch bonnets and onions. Allow to fry for 5 minutes then add the chopped onions.

Add the cooked shrimps and stir.

Grind the ginger and garlic using motar and pistle and add it to the shrimps. Mix and add seasonings.

Stir and allow to cook for 5 minutes. And the peppered shrimps is ready.

Serve with jollof rice🤤. OH YUM😋. #maherzkitchen💖
