Ingredients

  • 4medium size chopped potato
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 bowlpeas
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspgarlic ginger paste
  • 1 tspFresh Green Coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add 2 tbsp oil. after 2 minutes add cumin seeds then after add onion, add tomato.add all masala and half cup water.cook it for 3-4 minutes.

    Then add potatoes and peas and cook it for 15 -20 minutes on medium flame.add coriander leaves and serve it.
