So one day we had no vegetables at home, exceot for the potatoes. That's when this simple and easy recepie strike my mind. It is very simple and requires very less ingredients so, any hosteler can also make this and enjoy. Do try it once and let me know how it turns out👍😋

So one day we had no vegetables at home, exceot for the potatoes. That's when this simple and easy recepie strike my mind. It is very simple and requires very less ingredients so, any hosteler can also make this and enjoy. Do try it once and let me know how it turns out👍😋
Steps

Peel and chop the potates finely

Add 1.5 tbsp oil to a kadhai
- 3
Once the oil is hot, add jeera/cumin seeds to it until it starts sizzling

Add chopped potatoes and stir it
- 5
Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 1-2 min. Just to remove the rawness of the paste

Now, add all the spices and salt to it. Mix well. Cook for 1 min.

Now add 1 glass of water to it. Turn the gas flame to low and cover it.

What next ? Now we wait.

Stir occassionely so that it doesn't stick to the kadhai. Meanwhile, cut some fresh corriander for garnish.

After around 15-20 min your dish is ready. Add freshly cut corriander and cook for 15-30 sec.

Serve hot🍽️
