Take gram flour in a bowl, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, yogurt, oil and mix everything well and make a dough and rest it aside for 15 minutes.

Now take the dough, make it's rolls and boil this rolls in hot water for 15 minutes on medium flame.

Cut the besan rolls into small circular shapes and keep them aside.

Now heat up oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and let them crackle.Now add chopped onion and cook it till it turns golden brown in colour.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook it for 2 minutes. Now add tomato puree,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,kasuri methi, salt and mix everything well.

Cook everything till the raw smell of tomato completely goes out.

Now add gatte and add some water,mix well and cook this for 10 minutes on low flame.

Gatte ki Sabzi is ready.Serve hot with jeera rice or chapati.
