Steps

First step is Soaked the barley in water (as required) for 2 to 3 hours. Then heat up milk, when it simmers add soaked barley with out water. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Add dates and jaggery in the milk. Cook untill it's thicken. When the bubbles on top of the milk mixture appears, it's means barley porridge is ready.

Pour Talbeenah in deep bowl, garnish with Almonds and fresh cream. Can serve it hot or cold. Healthy and tasty Talbeenah enjoy Ramadan.
