Chana chat
Steps

Take 2 cup black chana soak over night, drain off excess water, add soaked chana in cooker, 1.5 glass water and salt pressure cook it untill 3 whistle

Let it cool completely and drain excess water in chickpea.

Take a small bowl, add red chillies powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, black salt, and mix well.

Add water and prepared a paste

Take a pan add oil heat on medium flame

Add cumin seeds, hing, grated ginger, and saute them on medium flame.

Add prepared spice mix fry them untill oil released
- 8
After oil released, add boil chickpea and mix well.

Add salt/masala if required.

Add boiled and chopped potatoes and mix well.

Turn of the flame let it cool completely

After cool completely, transfer into a bowl.

Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped mint lime juice, and mix well.

Chana chat ready to enjoy.
