  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 8Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 tblspn mustard paste
  • 1/2 tblspn Black ppr
  • 1 tblsppn salt
  • 1 tblspoon ajeeno moto
  • 1/2 tblspoon garlic paste
  • 1 tblspoon soyasauce
  • 1bread slice (crums)
  • 2 tblspoon butter
  • Chopped daniya half cup

    Mix all ingredients

    Grees ur hands with oil

  3. 3

    Make the shape of perfect pattiie

  4. 4

    Freeze for 1 hr before frying

  5. 5

    Then stir r shallow fry
