To tasteShaved Parmesan
To tasteCroutons
For the dressing:
1/8 cuplemon
1/4 cupExtra virgin olive oil
1 tsphoney or sugar (something sweet)
1 tspdry mustard
1 tspchampagne vinegar (optional)
to tasteSalt and pepper
