Gachas Manchegas
Gachas made with my grandfather's recipe.
Steps

Fry the garlic cloves in oil.

When they are golden, remove them and fry the chopped bacon in the same oil.

Once the bacon is cooked, remove it and add the flour to the same oil. Stir and fry for about a minute.

Add the paprika and fry for a few seconds.
- 5
Add the water and stir over medium heat, making sure to keep stirring until it thickens. Then add salt to taste.
