  1. 1/2 CupWheat Flour/AATA
  2. 1/4 cupGhee
  3. 1/4 cupSugar (powdered)
  4. 1 tspCardamom Powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl with sugar and ghee. Start beating it until smooth and fluffy.

    Add the Wheat flour and mix it up nicely. Take small portions and give cookie shape using a cutter or your hands.

  3. 3

    Heat a heavy bottom khadai and place a ring or katori inside it. Place a greased plate over it and arrange your cookies over it. Close it with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes. If you have an oven bake it for 10 minutes at 180-200°C.

  4. 4

    Check after 15 minutes and if you see cracks on them, it's done. Switch off the flame and let sit for some more time. Take it out and cool and store or serve as you wish 😋
