2 tablespooninstant coffee powder
2 scoopsvanilla ice cream
2 cupscold water
Hand blender

Add 2 tbsp of instant coffee to 2 cups water

Whip the coffee powder with water using a hand blender until smooth and creamy

Pour the smooth coffee mixture into 2 serving cups

Top each cup with a scoop of ice cream
