  • 1/4 kgpork cuts
  • 4 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tbsppeppercorns
  • 1bayleaf
  • 1chilli pepper
  • garlic and onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry pork cuts to render fat

  2. 2

    Sautee garlic and onion

  3. 3

    Add peppercorns, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, and water

  4. 4

    Keep the heat low and reduce

  5. 5

    Add bayleaf and chilli pepper

  6. 6

    Simmer and adjust to taste

  7. 7

    Serve
