3 tbspbutter
1/3 cuppopping corn kernels
to tastesalt,

Steps

Place the pot over medium high heat.

Add butter and the popcorn kernels in it.
Stir and add salt too.

Cover the pot with the lid, leaving it slightly cracked for steam to release.

Once the pan is heated enough the corns will start popping quickly

Now cook until the popping has slowed to a couple seconds between pops.

Remove from the heat and shake the pot to help encourage the last of the popcorn kernels to pop.
Pour into a bowl and serve hot.
