Mexican Nachos with Ground Beef

In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil and add the ground beef. Cook over low heat. Season with salt, a pinch of oregano, black pepper, and hot paprika.

When the beef is cooked, add the jar of Mexican salsa to the skillet. Mix well and set aside.

In a glass baking dish, make a layer of tortilla chips, then add some ground beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella. Add another layer of chips and repeat until all ingredients are used.

Bake at 350-375°F (180-190°C) for 12-15 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle chopped jalapeños on top for an extra spicy kick.
