  3. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese (about 3.5 oz or 100 grams)
  4. 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese (about 3.5 oz or 100 grams)
  5. 2 tablespoonssliced jalapeños (about 0.7 oz or 20 grams)
  6. Salt

  8. Oregano
  9. Hot paprika
  10. 1small jar Mexican salsa

    In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil and add the ground beef. Cook over low heat. Season with salt, a pinch of oregano, black pepper, and hot paprika.

    When the beef is cooked, add the jar of Mexican salsa to the skillet. Mix well and set aside.

    In a glass baking dish, make a layer of tortilla chips, then add some ground beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella. Add another layer of chips and repeat until all ingredients are used.
