Ingredients

  1. meat sauce
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1onion
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 400 gramsground beef
  6. 1 tspchilli powder (1/2 or 1/4 for less fire)
  7. 2 tspground cumin
  8. 2 tspsmoked paprika
  9. 1 canred kidney beans (drained)
  10. 1 cuppassato (or 1/2 cup tomato paste etc)
  11. 1/2 cupwater
  12. guacamole
  13. 2avocado
  14. 1fine dice tomato (scoop out seeds)
  15. 2 tbsplemon juice
  16. General
  17. 1 packagescorn chips
  18. 1 cupsour cream
  19. 2 cupgrated cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in pan.

  2. 2

    Medium dice onion and add to pan. Add garlic. Cook a few minutes on medium.

  3. 3

    Add beef mince and all spices. Break mince up with wooden spoon.

  4. 4

    Add passato, red kidney beans and 1/2 cup water. Simmer medium heat until sauce reduces .

    Put sauce in oven dish, cover with corn chips, and cover with grated cheese. Bake medium until cheese melts.

    Make the guacamole while the cheese melts. Spoon out avocados and mash in bowl with fork. Add diced tomato and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Blob guacamole and sour cream over the top and serve!
