Panner mutter masala
This is my simple fast receipe...
Steps

Heat oil in a pan,fry onion tomato ginger garlic,chillies,cumin,and cinnamon till golden colour,cool it and grind it like a paste

In the same pan,roast peas and panner for 2 minutes, add salt, turmeric powder,chilli powder and add grinded paste..saute for about 3 minutes,

Add curd,garam masala and cover it with lid for for 3 minutes, add water as required consistency.finally add chopped coriander and butter, serve it with hot paratas...
