In a bowl mix maida,besan,sugar, baking powder and elaichi powder.

Make a stiff dough by pouring ghee in parts.Use ghee as required. Make sure you don't knead the dough.

Preheat the oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile make balls out of the dough. Flatten them and make a design by fork.Top them with Dryfruits(optional). I topped with cherries while eating.

Grease the baking tray, bake them for 10-12 minutes untill golden brown (The cracks means they are proper).

Take them out on a rack or any plate with holes,let them cool. Later,store them in an air tight container.

Enjoy with milk,chai or coffee!
