Brown the sausages and diced onions (chop the sausages into small pieces or leave them whole depending on your preference.

While sausages are cooking, finely dice the red pepper and peel and chop the carrots and add them to a casserole dish.

Mix the sausage casserole mix with 400ml of water.
- 4
Add everything to the casserole dish, put the lid on and cook at 180 degrees for one hour.
