Begin by preparing your baking tin and preheat oven to 170 degrees.Sift the flour and baking powder and set aside.

Add the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat till fluffy..You can use a mixer or whisk(but whisk will take more time)

Once fluffy add in your essence beat for a min,then add oil and milk and beat for two minutes

Next add in your flour and fold in well(dont mind the lumps incase you see any)

Last add to your baking tin and bake for 40-50 mins or until when you insert a toothpick it comes out clean.

After 50 mins😋😋Smells heavenly let it cool and serve with a cup of milk or favourite drink..🤗
