Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 tbspCoffee
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 2 & ½ tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml eachChilled milk -
  • as requiredIce cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add coffee, sugar and water.

    Blend the mixture with Hand Blender or whisk.

    After 5-6 mins it's colour changes to Golden brown and it becomes like fluffy cream. Dalgona Mixture Ready.

    Chilled milk.
