Simple ghiya - wash ghiya,heat a presser cooker add ghee and cumin seeds, hing wait until the colour change add ghiya,turmeric and salt or 1/2 cup water cover the lid cook 2 to 3 whistle wait the pressure releases

After mashed ghiya add some after if needed boiled ghiya 5 mint mediums low flame.Add budi and curd again boiled 5 mint medium low flame.Now turn off gas

Garnish coriander leaves and serve.

After open lid mash ghiya add tomato,1cup water,red chilli,ginger and green chilli,coriander powder and boiled 5 to 8 mint add mango powder again cook 2 to 3 mint
