Take curd in mixing bowl, add sugar, cardamom powder, vanilla essence and beat well(add little water if too thick) and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In pan mix cornflour and water. Heat on low flame, stir constantly till it binds to ball shape.

Make sev in iced cold water with sev maker.

In a glass first add falooda sev then chia seeds, rose syrup, lassi and fresh milk cream and garnish with pistachios. Serve immediately.
