This is a diversified sauce that can be eaten with anything. Ranging from rice, beans, plantain, yam, potatoes etc.

Wash and slice the fresh tomatoes, peppers, and onions then set aside

Slice your spinach into desired size. Don’t forget to wash before slicing to avoid washing away nutrients.

Wash and cut your beef into a size able chunk. Now add one stock cube, half of the salt, beef seasoning spice, and cook for 30 minutes.

Heat your frying pan, add 100ml of vegetable oil, once heated add the sliced onions, then the tomatoes and peppers. Let them fry for 10-15 minutes, stir in-between.

Add the cooked meat, the remaining seasoning cube, salt to taste, ground crayfish and stir, let it simmer for 4 minutes.

Now add your vegetables and let it simmer for about 2minutes. Your vegetable sauce is ready. You ca serve with rice, plantain or potatoes.
