Cooking Instructions

    Wash the carrots and cut them into long, narrow chunks.

    Now paste the garlic cumin chilli powder salt and oil that we have made carrot in it mix the carrots well

    Let squeeze out some lemon juice and mix it into it.

    Your carrot instant pickle is ready. you can keep this in the fridge and eat for 5. 6 days
