Ingredients

  1. 1/2Onion
  2. Lentils
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 1Tomato
  5. Olive Oil
  6. Salt
  7. Black Pepper
  8. Tomato Paste
  9. Water
  10. Lemon (squeeze before eating the soup)
  11. Eggs & Salad
  12. 4Eggs
  13. Salt
  14. Cherry Tomatoes
  15. Olives
  16. Parsley
  17. Lemon (squeeze before eating the soup)

Cooking Instructions

    While soaking the lentils in water for 5-10 minutes, chop the onion, tomato, and carrot into small pieces.

    Heat a pot and add a little olive oil, followed by the onion. Once the onion is cooked, add the prepared carrot. Add a little water to prevent drying out. Cover and let the carrot cook, then add the tomato and a pinch of salt. Cover and let it cook.

    Add the soaked lentils after draining the water. Add them to the pot and pour in enough water to cover the lentils. Stir well, then add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir again.

    Stir occasionally and cover for 5-10 minutes. If the water reduces, add a little more to maintain the level and prevent it from drying out.

    Reduce to medium heat when the soup turns orange. Cook for another 5 minutes, then serve.

    Prepare boiled eggs. Slice the lemon to squeeze into the soup when eating. Add black pepper, squeeze lemon over the eggs, and add salt for a delicious taste.
