Heat 1tbs oil in a pan then add potato wedges to it and mix well cover with lid and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes now add garam masala salt black salt turmeric coriander powder fenugreek leaves red chilli powder and cook well

For salad heat 1tbs oil in wok add garlic sliced onions and veggies mix well add salt to taste and black pepper powder saute for 1 minute

Take wheat flour add some salt and oil Knead the dough just like we make for roti take small amount of dough make a ball

Dust the rolling area with some flour roll the dough to make roti heat griddle transfer roti to griddle and toast it from both the sides now spread mayonnaise shezwan chutney green chutney on roti then place some potato wedges and salad and being to roll tightly and gently stir fry on griddle from both sides.

Serve with sauce or green chutney
