Ingredients

1/2 kgbhindi cut into 2 inches long pieces
2medium sized potatoes sliced and fried
3 tbspoil
2 tspchilli powder
1 tspdhaniya
1 tspjeera powder
1/2 tspamchur powder
as per tasteSalt
2 tbspchopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai add the bhindi and stir fry till colour changes.

Then add the chilli powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, amchur powder and salt mix well and add the fried potatoes and mix well. Simmer for 10 mins garnish with coriander leaves.
