Add 2 tsp of oil and hot it and add finally grated onions and simmer it and then add finally grated tomatoes, cashews and dry chilli and sault and saute it and after 2 to 3 min off the burner and cool down it.after 5 min mixture it in blender and paste is ready.

Take a pan and add 2 tsp of ghee and hot it and add Kashmiri red chilli powder and saute it and then add the paste of onions and tomatoes and add cup of water then simmer it.after that add garam masala,kasuri methi,sault, cup of coriander and add malai and simmer it for 5min and then add paneer. Sabji is ready and finally garnish with malai and coriander.

For garlic nan: take 2 cup of Maida flour, one cup of wheat flour, one tsp of baking soda, half tsp sault,one tsp sugar,one cup of curd, 3tsp oil and mix the flour. And lastly kneading the flour with 2 tsp of oil.and cover it for 1 hour.and in cup add finally grated garlic, butter, and coriander. After 1 hour make a nan and on back side of nan apply water on nan and take a tawa and make a nan on it.and after nan is ready garnish with a butter and garlic.
