Wash and cut the fanas.boil for one whistle in cooker with water fry the khada masala in 1 tsp oil and cool it,and grind in a fine powder,make onion,garlic and tomato paste.

Take half cup oil in a pan and splutter some cumin seeds in it,then add onion mixture and saute well.

When the mixture separates oil add fanas in it and mix well, add the routine spices as well-grounded khada masala to it.

Cook it in oil for about 4 mins then add salt as per taste, and 1 cup of water boil the gravy with fanas for 2 mins and yes its done, enjoy with rice or chapati.
