Peel the skin of the plantains and cut it longitudinal as shown in the picture.

Prepare the batter all-purpose flour, rice flour, sugar, salt and water. The batter should be in such a way to coat the bananas. Not too thick or too running. It should be in the intermediate state.

Heat oil in the kadhai, when it is hot, add the coated plantains one by one and fry till golden brown. Banana fritters are ready!!
