  • Beans
  • Red pepper
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Ajino
  • Ongar (stew)
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak your beans in water for some minute,after some minute separate the beans and water.

  2. 2

    Pour the beans in motor and pound with the help of piston,pound it very well and wash. After washing add onion,garlic,red pepper and scotch bonnet then grand it.

  3. 3

    Beat it very well with wooding spoon and add ajino,salt and ongar (stew) beat again for some minute.

  4. 4

    On a medium heat set your pan on fire and pour some oil. If the oil is hot,then use your tablespoon to be dropping the mixture into the pan when down turn the order side. When it is golding brown remove it is done
