Mango pickle in 2 days

Wash and clean all the veggies together. Then peel the raw mango and cut into small pieces, cut ginger into small slices, cut green chillies into small pieces. Spread them on a strainer and keep aside for 1 hour so that there are no water droplets in it.

Then mix all the dry masala together in a bowl, along with nigella seeds. Add the dry mango, ginger and chillies. Mix everything well. Then add mustard oil and mix again.

Pour the pickle in a glass jar(dry) and keep in a place where it can get sunlight (kitchen window, terrace, or balcony). Keep for 2 days and it's ready to eat. Let the pickle remain under sunlight and this can last for a year.
