Soak urad dal for 4- 5 hours blend into a paste.

Add salt,soda, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves,hari mirchi, onion. Heat oil in a kadhai. Let it hot add batter into small batches.

Fry till into golden colour and cook well from inside. And then dish out from oil and serve hot with any kind of chutney.
