Add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend coarsely...upto 95% only.

And then transfer it to a bowl

Now, add oil in a small tempering pan, after it gets heated, add dry red chilli, mustard seeds along with 1 pinch of whole Urad daal.

After it splutters, add very little cumin seeds and add Asafotida followed by curry leaves and switch of the flame and pour this tempering over the coconut chutney...it is ready to be served...a must try for all chutney lovers....try and comment on it, plz...
