Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 cupmilk🥛
  • Water
  • 1 TbsLemon zest
  • 1 Tbscinnamon
  • 4 Tbssugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients.Cinnamon and wheat flour.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, put milk,sugar,salt,lemon zest,eggs and mix

  3. 3

    In the bowl with dry ingredients,make a hole at the center and pour the wet ingredient and mix and knead while adding water to form a hard soft dough.

    Leave it to rest overnight for better results or one hour according to your timing.Cover with foil or hot wet cloth

  5. 5

    After rest,knead the dough a little while heating your cooking oil.

  6. 6

    Cut the dough and roll.

    Make shapes and designs that you desire.
