Prawns cocktail with a twist 🍤🍸

Lyndsey and me cooked live on IG making this delicious prawns and raspberries cocktail. I have 3 types of prawns here, one serve cold, one serve hot by quick sizzling on pan with garlic and oil and one with ready made prawns in breadcrumbs.

Blend your raspberry with garlic, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, chilli powder in the blender. You can add a little bit of mayonnaise if prefer.

If you want to serve your prawns warm just add a little bit of cooking oil and grated garlic on a medium heat pan and sizzle it for a min to warm them through.

Prepping your salad on your serving cocktail bowl.

Add your prawns and sauce on top. Garnish with coriander and spring onion and sprinkle some paprika on top.
