Ghanian Yam balls
Steps

Peel the yam cut into small chunks add to pot add enough water to cover eat add salt to taste and brig to boil till soft

Check the yam of once it is done mash till smooth add pasley and all dry ingredients follow the sardine and mix together till combined well

Add egg and mix to combine add chopped Scotch bonnet spring onion mix again, mould the mashed yam to small balls

Dip into the whisk egg then bread crumb place on a clean plate, repeat this process till you finish
- 5
Place pan on high heat, add oil heat till hot, drop the yam balls into the hot oil carefully fry till golden brown.
