4.5 Tbsproast fat/butter
4.5 Tbspflour
3 cupsdrippings or broth
Salt, pepper, seasoning

Steps

Melt fat/butter in medium sauce pan. Remove from heat.

Whisk flour in fat.

Whisk in 1/2 cups of drippings until smooth. Repeat until all drippings used.

Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste.

Strain through fine mesh.
