Ingredients

  • 6 cupsCoconut milk
  • 2 lbspork cut into strips
  • Shrimp paste
  • 1 tbspgarlic (minced)
  • 6 pcsSiling haba
  • Ginger (grated)
  • 1large onion (cubed)
  • Salt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute garlic, onion and ginger

  2. 2

    Add the pork, cook for 5-7mins

  3. 3

    Add shrimp paste, cook for another 5mins

  4. 4

    Add the chilis then the coconut milk

  5. 5

    Simmer for 30-45mins

  6. 6

    Add salt & pepper to taste
