Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupGobhi
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4 cubesButter
  • 1 inchCinnamon
  • 2 piecesKirambu
  • 1 spoonKasuri methi
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 spoonSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry cinnamon, kirambu and chopped onion and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    After cooling grind the paste.

  3. 3

    Fry the paste and parboil the gobhi to remove the worms. Then add the gobhi in it.

  4. 4

    Add Kashmiri lal mirch, salt, Kasuri methi.

  5. 5

    Then cook it for a while and serve hot.
